3. Real-Time Updates: Our tracking system provides you with detailed information on your order’s journey, including shipment and delivery status.

Returns&Refunds at NEKO INU

- Return Window: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
- Condition for Return: Items must be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Start a Return: Contact us at off.neko.inu@gmail.com to initiate a return. We will provide a shipping label and instructions.
- Damages/Issues: Report any defects or incorrect items upon receipt for immediate resolution.
- Non-returnable Items: Perishables, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not returnable.
- Sales Items: Items on sale or gift cards cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: Return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
- EU Customers: A 14-day cooling-off period applies, allowing returns without justification.
